Lima, Peru, August 11, 2015 – Hard work in training paid its fruits for a China team that came back strong after losing to Germany one day earlier.
Shen Mang, coach of China: Our players had a better performance today. The training work has been very strong and is producing results.
Jingwen Qian, captain of China: Today we played better than yesterday.We regained our quick attack and with a lot of concentration we were able to keep a good rhythm of play during the match.
Andrzej Pec, coach of Poland: The second set was very important and we missed it. Had we won that set, I think the result could be different. We had prepared a game strategy but was not successful.
Natalia Murek, captain of Poland: It is the first time we play against an Asian team and even though they are from Asia they play an European style of game with high attacks and good blocking.
